CANCELLING & RETURNING ORDERS, DAMAGE & INCORRECT ITEMS


Cancellation on Orders

In order to cancel on an order placed or un-process order, please notify us right away, with a Phone Call to make sure we cancel your order. Normally, we ship out the order(s) on the same day, order(s) cancel after 3 hours will applied a charges of 25% on processing fee. Shipping & handling charges is not refundable for any orders cancel after we notify you of the shipping confirmation. Please verify of all orders before submitting.

* You Must contact ModernVaseandGift.com via phone and talk to our Customer Services to confirm your order is cancelled; Voice-mail or email cancellation is Not valid.

Return on Orders Shipped

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by modernvaseandgift.com within 7 days of delivery. Any returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all non-product-related fees (shipping, handling, return shipping fees); such fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please notify us before returning any items.

Damage & Incorrect Items

If you received damaged items or believed to be incorrect item placed, please follow the procedure below:

WHAT YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BROKEN ITEM OR INCORRECT ITEM:

  1. Do Not Discard the broken/incorrect items.
  2. We might require you to provide proof of broken or incorrect items. (Broken/Incorrect items can be taken with digital camera as a proof of document).
  3. Contact Us by email or phone immediately.
  4. We do not accept damage claim 7 days after delivery.
